Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Cairo & Giza 1–2 business days
Alexandria & Delta 2–3 business days
Upper Egypt, Sinai & Red Sea 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Promotional free shipping offers (if available) will be automatically applied.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most areas in Egypt.

To ensure efficient service, we reserve the right to refuse COD orders from customers with repeated order cancellations or refused deliveries. (PetFriend)

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized, heavy, or special-order items may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery times. Any additional fees will be communicated before shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Egypt and do not offer international shipping. (My Pet Needs)
